Iga Swiatek dominates the 2024 WTA prize money leaderboard, securing the top spot with $6,826,749 in earnings. Her stellar performance this season includes triumphs at four WTA 1000 events and a French Open victory. Swiatek’s notable wins in Qatar, Indian Wells, Madrid, and the Italian Open have significantly bolstered her earnings.

Jasmine Paolini follows Swiatek, amassing $4,630,678. Paolini’s success this year is highlighted by her runner-up finishes at the French Open and Wimbledon, alongside a victory at the Dubai Championships. Her doubles performance, particularly winning the Italian Open with Sara Errani, has further contributed to her impressive earnings.

Barbora Krejcikova ranks third with $4,289,608, largely due to her remarkable Wimbledon victory, which alone netted her $3,427,396. Krejcikova’s consistent performance in doubles, including reaching the finals in Madrid with Laura Siegemund, has also been lucrative.

Aryna Sabalenka, the world No. 3, sits fourth with $3,736,491. Sabalenka’s year began strong with a runner-up finish in Brisbane and a successful Australian Open title defense. Her performances in Madrid and Rome, where she was a finalist, and her quarter-final run at Roland Garros, have also been financially rewarding.

Elena Rybakina, at fifth with $3,031,265, has secured three WTA 500 titles this season. Her runner-up results in Qatar and Miami, combined with semi-final appearances at Wimbledon and Madrid, underscore her consistent form.

Other notable earners include Coco Gauff ($2,903,054), Danielle Collins ($2,225,473), Zheng Qinwen ($1,881,171), Maria Sakkari ($1,729,467), and Jelena Ostapenko ($1,703,139), each demonstrating remarkable performances throughout the year. Swiatek’s dominance and the rise of Paolini and Krejcikova highlight a dynamic and competitive season on the WTA Tour.
