Russia’s Anna Kalinskaya and Britain’s Katie Boulter looked back fondly over the memories of spending time together during the US Open as a doubles pair. The two participated in the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year as a pair. Still, their journey was short-lived as they were knocked out of the competition after losing in the second round to the pair of Brazil’s Luisa Stefani and Netherlands’ Demi Schuurs with a score of 7-6, 7-6.

Kalinskaya recently posted a picture on the social media platform Instagram where she vowed to ‘come back stronger’ next year. “NYC 🍎 thank you for the experience 🤓 next time I come back stronger,” she wrote in the caption. In response to that, Boulter commented that she has never ‘laughed’ so much in her life. “Never laughed so much in my life 😂,” she commented.
